This paper should be 2-3 pages, single-spaced, using Times New Roman, size 12. This reflection will help you identify what drives you, how you plan to establish credibility, and the impact you hope to make.
Purpose of the Paper:
This assignment is designed to help you connect deeply with your “why”—the underlying motivation that fuels your decision to pursue this certification. Knowing your personal mission will provide a foundation for everything you will learn in this program, allowing you to approach each course with intention and alignment to your values and goals.
